Sir,
We, the student of your school, have the hounour to state that there is no debating club in our school. But we feel the need of a debating club. Debating is essential for the overall development of the students. It develops one’s ability to acquire knowledge and skills of speaking. It helps one to distinguish between the right and wrong and refines our sensibility. It also helps one to be prepared for the future leadership.

We, therefore, would like to request you to establish a debating club in our school and nominate a teacher as a guide and oblige thereby.
